All Westara products are made to order to ensure the highest quality finish.
Processing & production time:
• 15-20 business days before dispatch
Once your order has been placed, it enters our production queue shortly after confirmation.
Estimated Shipping Times (After Dispatch)
Shipping time varies by destination and begins after your order has shipped.
Australia & New Zealand: 5–10 business days
United States: 5–10 business days
Canada & Europe: 5–10 business days
Central & South America: 10–20 business days
Asia: 5–10 business days
Africa: 15–25 business days

Lost or Missing Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Westara is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses. However, if an error is made on our end, we will take full responsibility and resolve the issue at no cost to you.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your local carrier first, then reach out to us for assistance.
Tracking Information
You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update after shipment.
If your order was shipped more than 5 business days ago and tracking has not updated, please contact our support team.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes once the package reaches your country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by your local customs authority.
Seasonal & High-Demand Notice
During peak seasons, holidays, or periods of unusually high demand, dispatch or transit times may experience slight delays due to global logistics volume.
Our fulfilment partners continue to process orders as quickly as possible, and most shipments still arrive within the estimated delivery window.
